With a combined production space of close to 100,000 sq. ft. of production operation, cold storage and warehousing, Beef Jerky Factory has the capacity to process over 100,000 pounds of raw protein per day. Production capacities vary with types of products, specifications and processes. We can handle large volume production, along with working with startups with formula and packaging testing and sampling.
