With access to Veterinary formulations and processing standards that are compliant with all AAFCO standards, Beef Jerky Factory has the capability to meet your air dried/dehydrated protein needs. With large capacity ovens and finishing drying rooms, we can meet your specific formulation needs. We have the capability to package in high volume auto-pack capacity, up to 35-40 bags per minute, depending on product format, or we can support hand packing of specialty product for whole muscle or unique designed formats not capable with an automated scaling process.
